run mashi run!

mashi survived this week dengan hanya one cuppa coffee.
yes, berjaya cut down caffeine.
i love love love eu shift sebab rasa one of the greatest chance tuhan bagi.
can i have this shift as a permanent shift sampai bila2?
i don't mind starting late at 3pm..its all good.huhuh
had nasi goreng 'ayab' on monday and thanks e teman makan
sebab rasenye ni yg last skali lepas ni dah jadi orang kl.
dan word 'last' agak tak best seperti bila colleague's last day, pastu dia bagi goodbye email.
word 'bye' tak best jugak sebab rasa 2 level down dari level normal.
there will be more colleagues leaving the company..
or should i be the one leaving before them?

past week activities was,
pingpong (first timer), foosball (budak2 ni terer gle) & pool session ( yg ni tak reti.saket pinggang).hee
minggu ni..
mashi goes to the gym.

kagum bukan ke gym pukul 2 pagi.
1.5km kt threadmill, cycling2, kejar2 kt aerobik room agak menyeronokkan.



im off to the hills tomorrow.
as usual..wake up call will be at 7am and mashi is still wide awake.
susahnya staying in the same house tapi different timezone with the family.
sorang bangun, sorang tido.
haih.
